Mumbai Police tighten security at Shivaji park ahead of CJP protest

Mumbai, Oct 2 (UNI) Mumbai Police on Friday tightened security and barricaded the main entrance to Shivaji Park in central Mumbai ahead of a proposed 'Jail Bharo Andolan' by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Police barricaded Gate No. 6 of the iconic ground and deployed security personnel to prevent the unauthorised gathering.
