Pune, Oct 18 (UNI) A man died after falling into a pit dug for drainage work in the fish market area of Maharashtra's Yerawada district, raising serious concerns over public safety and the lack of adequate precautions at civic construction sites. The deceased, identified as Pradeep Pardeshi, reportedly fell into the pit after being hit by a rickshaw, sustaining serious injuries.
