Labourer crushed to death by generator in Nandurbar

Mumbai, Sep 18 (UNI) A 30-year-old labourer was killed after a heavy generator being shifted at a site fell on him in Khandbara area of Nandurbar district in Maharashtra, police said on Friday. The deceased was identified as Ratan Ashok Kasar. According to police, the incident occurred when Kasar and other workers were engaged in moving the generator from one place to another. The workers allegedly lost control of the heavy equipment, which toppled and fell on Kasar. He was trapped underneath the generator and sustained critical injuries.
