Warner Bros releases trailer for ‘Wuthering Heights’

Washington, Nov 14 (UNI) The makers of Wuthering Heights, starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, released the film’s official trailer on Friday. Warner Bros shared the trailer on their official Instagram handle.
Directed by Emerald Fennell, the movie is a fresh adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic novel.
Set to a new track, Chains of Love, from Charli XCX’s concept album for the film, the trailer shows Robbie’s Cathy and Elordi’s Heathcliff meeting as children and growing into a fraught, passionate relationship.
In one scene, Cathy asks Heathcliff, “What would you do, Heathcliff, if you were rich?” To which the orphaned antihero replies, “I suppose I’d do what all rich men do. Live in a big house, be cruel to my servants, take a wife.”
As Cathy reveals her need to marry the wealthy Edgar Linton (Shazad Latif) to maintain her social standing, a heartbroken Heathcliff vows to destroy their families. The trailer teases their turbulent romance, with multiple scenes of fights and kisses in the rain.
Produced by Warner Bros., the film also stars Hong Chau as Nelly Dean and Alison Oliver as Isabella Linton, with Owen Cooper and Charlotte Mellington portraying younger versions of Heathcliff and Cathy. Wuthering Heights is scheduled for theatrical release on February 13, 2026.
