Vote traders have unleashed terror in the country: Giriraj

Patna, Nov 14 (UNI) In a stinging attack on the fundamentalists, Union Minister and firebrand BJP leader Giriraj Singh on Thursday branded them as "vote traders" and accused them of unleashing an atmosphere of terror in the country where girls and women are being forced to wear "Hijab- Burqa"(veils) in the educational institutions.
Singh blamed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav for standing firmly with such fundamentalist vote traders.
He said on Thursday that several Islamic countries were protesting against the use of veils whereas the fundamentalists in India have embarked upon a new culture forcing the girls and women to use it. For women empowerment, Islamic Nations have even taken up healthy debate regarding use of vriksh, he said adding that in some of the Institutions where women never used veils were now using it.
