Verma reviews planning progress of integrated transit corridor development & street network connectivity

New Delhi, Apr 16 (UNI) As the national capital is gearing up towards advancing to an integrated Transit Corridor Development and Street Network connectivity, PWD Minister Parvesh Verma on Thursday reviewed the progress of the pre- feasibility report. The development is going to be part of the national capital’s flyover zone.
The minister held a meeting with officials concerned of RITES limited, at the Delhi secretariat.
According to the minister, who shared about the review meeting on X, instructions were given that the design work for flyovers, underpasses, Railway Over Bridges (ROBs), Foot Over Bridges (FOBs), and the other grade-separated structures should be completed in a time-bound manner in accordance with the standards of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).
