Vatsala, Madhya Pradesh's oldest elephant, dies at 100

Bhopal, July 9 (UNI) Vatsala, the oldest elephant in Madhya Pradesh and unofficially considered to be the world's oldest elephant too, died at the Panna Tiger Reserve (PTR) of the state. Unofficially, she was considered to be more than 100 years old
The cow was a legend and pride of the PTR.
Her birth was supposed to have taken place in the 1920s.

Jaipur/Lucknow, Apr 11 (UNI) Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that the Election Commission is not impartial and accused it of working at the behest of the BJP.
"The BJP conspired to rig the SIR, and in UP they used Form 7 forged signatures to cancel the votes of Samajwadi Party voters. They filled out large numbers of fake forms and Samajwadi Party workers and PDA officials uncovered the BJP's fraud," he alleged.
