Various programs organized in Bilaspur district as part of the 5th tribal pride day fortnight

Bilaspur, Nov 8 (UNI) As part of the nationwide celebration of Tribal Pride Day, which is being celebrated on November 15, 2025, various awareness and community activities are being organized in the Gram Panchayat Toba Sangwana of Shri Naina Devi Ji Development Block in Bilaspur District, from November 1 to 15, 2025, as part of the 5th Tribal Pride Day Fortnight.
In this context, a special program was organized at the Government Primary School, Neelan. The program's objective was to commemorate the indomitable courage of tribal heroes and their contribution to nation-building, to disseminate the rich tribal heritage and culture to the masses, and to increase community awareness about government schemes related to tribal welfare.
District Planning and Tribal Development Officer Anuj Thakur said today that during the program, important public welfare programs such as Aadhaar verification services, health check-up camps, nutrition awareness activities, and a tree plantation drive were organized on the school premises. The local community, students, teachers, and representatives from various departments actively participated.
