Varanasi-Khajuraho & Lucknow-Saharanpur Vande Bharat trains will give new dimension to tourism in UP : Jaiveer Singh

Lucknow, Nov 8 (UNI) Expressing his happiness over the flagging off of four Vande Bharat trains, including those on the Varanasi-Khajuraho and Lucknow-Saharanpur routes, Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh on Saturday said these would ensure quicker travel and promote tourism and cultural exchange.
"The Vande Bharat trains, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, will not only accelerate travel but will also pave the way for tourism and cultural exchange. The addition of these two new trains marks the beginning of a new chapter of modern, fast, and convenient travel in UP," he said.
Describing the operation of Vande Bharat trains as a historic step, Jaiveer Singh said in a statement here, "These high-speed, modern and comfortable trains will facilitate and accelerate tourist access to Kashi, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Saharanpur and the Bundelkhand region. This will not only provide new direction and expansion to tourism, but will also boost the local economy and increase employment opportunities."
