UP Min says there was a pact between RSS and then PM in Babri demolition

Rampur, Dec 25 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Minorities Welfare Minister and Samajwadi Party's firebrand leader Mohammad Azam Khan today alleged that there was a confidential pact between the then Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao and Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) over the subject of demolition of Babri mosque in Ayodhya.
Mr Khan, while talking to mediapersons here, said security persons were on the spot on December 6, 1992, when the mosque was being demolished but due to this pact they did not do anything.
"I am not accusing the security persons but this is a historical fact," said Mr Khan.
