Lucknow, Nov 10 (UNI) As part of its initiative to promote eco-friendly and clean transportation across the state, the Uttar Pradesh government is set to establish a network of Electric Vehicles (EV) charging stations in the state.
The UP Renewable and EV Infrastructure Limited (UPREV), a dedicated entity focused on accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and expanding charging infrastructure statewide, will carry out the project.
The expansive network of EV charging stations will make it more convenient for residents to transition to electric vehicles. This initiative not only aligns with the state’s goal of reducing carbon emissions but also supports a vision of a green and energy-efficient future for UP.
