UP CM Yogi pays tribute to Dr Ram Vilas Das Vedanti in Ayodhya

Ayodhya, Dec 16 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Hindu Dham ashram on Tuesday to pay tribute to former MP Dr. Ram Vilas Das Vedanti, who passed away in Rewa yesterday. Adityanath paid his final respect to Dr. Vedanti.
In his message, CM Yogi said that Vedanti ji's entire life was dedicated to the work of Lord Ram. He attained salvation from this mortal body while reciting the Ramayana. He participated in every movement for the Ram Janmabhoomi.
CM said he was a part of the temple movement from its inception. "He played a significant role in giving it concrete shape. He was also present at the flag-hoisting ceremony held on November 25, following the construction of the grand Ram Temple. I was also privileged to be in his company. He was a saint who always championed the cause of temple construction and played a key role in every movement from 1983 to the present. He had a deep connection with the Gorakhnath Peeth. His passing is shocking," he said.

Betul (MP), Jan 18 (UNI) An unidentified person was hit by the Rajdhani Express on the Parsoda track in the vicinity of this district's Amla Station, officials of Railway Proteection Force(RPF) said on Sunday.
The person's severed head got caught in the locomotive and was carried about 4 km to Amla where it was extricated with the help of Railway personnel. The rest of the body was found on the scene.
