Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram announces retirement from electoral politics

Bhubaneswar, July 13 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram has announced his retirement from electoral politics, declaring that he will no longer contest either
Lok Sabha or Assembly elections.
Oram made this announcement during an informal interaction with journalists at Sambalpur yesterday, while attending the Rozgar Mela event.

Lucknow, June 7 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that "the railway security system in Uttar Pradesh should be made more modern, technology-enabled and result-orientated."

He said that the state has the largest railway traffic network in the country, where lakhs of passengers use rail services every day. In such a situation, passenger safety, women's dignity, crime control and prompt police assistance should be accorded the highest priority.
