Union Minister Kishan Reddy flays Pahalgam attack, calls for protests

Hyderabad, April 23 (UNI) Union Minister and Telangana BJP president G Kishan Reddy strongly condemned the terror attack in J&K's Pahalgam, describing it as a shameful act and a grim reminder of Pakistan's continued attempts to disrupt peace in the region.
In a symbolic gesture of protest, the Minister paid tribute to the victims at the Ambedkar statue on Tank Bund on Wednesday, wearing black and holding the national flag in solidarity. He expressed deep sorrow for the loss of innocent lives and said that the families of the victims would receive every support.
Speaking on the occasion, Kishan Reddy stated, “This incident is the result of Pakistan’s incompetent leadership. Pakistan is setting fire to peaceful Jammu and Kashmir. If they attempt to harm India, they will pay the price.”

Kishan Reddy also called upon citizens across Telangana to unite in protest. He urged people to organise demonstrations in every mandal and basti, encouraging communities to come together to show solidarity with the victims and condemn the attack.
