In June 2011, I wrote my first article, “Hybrid Warfare: An Emerging Warfighting Philosophy – Or Is It So?”, which was published in The War College Journal, Army War College. This article served as a precursor to the Tactics and Doctrine (TAD) Seminar later conducted at the Army War College under the aegis of the Army Training Command, culminating in the production of a comprehensive military paper.
Nearly fifteen years on, as global terrorism and geopolitics continue to evolve through distinct phases, it is timely to revisit the enduringly relevant subject of Hybrid Warfare (HW)-a concept that, was then emerging as Warfighting Philosophy, being both contemporary & complex.
