Two held for alleged sexual assault of minor at Delhi swimming pool

New Delhi, Aug12 (UNI) Delhi Police on Tuesday said they have arrested two men for allegedly assaulting two minor girls at a swimming pool in Delhi’s Outer North district.
The accused, identified as Anil Kumar (37) from Samastipur, Bihar, and Munil Kumar (24) from Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, were apprehended following a complaint filed on August 8.
According to police, the incident took place on August 7 at the M.K. Swimming Pool near Lampur Bus Stand. The mother of one of the victims, a 9-year-old girl, reported the assault, leading to the registration of a case under sections 70(2)/127(2)/351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
