Two arrested for attack on Jammu Police Sub-Inspector

Jammu, Dec 15 (UNI) Jammu Police have arrested two accused in connection with the attack on a Sub-Inspector here.
According to a police spokesperson, Sub-Inspector Nitin Khajuria, the Investigating Officer of Police Station Bakshi Nagar, was intercepted and attacked by a group of assailants at Gurrah Morh on Sunday evening. The attackers were identified as Rishab, Munna D, and two unidentified individuals.
The assailants attacked the officer with a sharp weapon and also brandished a pistol, causing injuries to the police personnel. He was immediately rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC), Jammu, for treatment.
