TTD collecting feedback from devotees to enhance quality of services: TTD EO

Tirupati, June 19 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive Officer J. Syamala Rao today stated that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is regularly collecting department-wise feedback from devotees in a systematic manner to enhance the quality of services being provided to them.
Rao, who conducted a review meeting with the Heads of various departments here to discuss the feedback received from devotees, emphasised that feedback is being gathered regularly from pilgrims on several services such as darshan, Annaprasadam, buttermilk distribution, accommodation, facilities for pedestrian pilgrims, luggage handling, Kalyanakatta, medical care, sanitation, cleanliness, vigilance, and transport.
He said that based on these inputs, TTD has initiated measures to improve pilgrim services further.
