Washington, Dec 11 (UNI) President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced the official opening of applications for the Gold Card Citizenship programme, a flagship immigration pathway that will funnel gobal capital into the US, attract talent and fast-track residency processing.
This programme has huge financial and strategic value to reshape the US immigration and economic landscape through high-value capital inflows.
Trump broke the news on Truth Social, calling the launch a defining moment for his second-term agenda. “THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT’S TRUMP GOLD CARD IS HERE TODAY! A direct path to Citizenship for all qualified and vetted people. SO EXCITING! Our Great American Companies can finally keep their invaluable Talent,” he posted, saying the live application portal would open within minutes. His message highlighted the programme’s dual purpose — attracting global investors while helping American companies retain specialised, high-skilled professionals.
