Tripura youth arrested for making objectionable post against PM

Agartala, Apr 29 (UNI) Police arrested a youth identified as Samid Miah of Maharani under Tripura’s Gomati district on charges of posting objectionable content on social media targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Police said, smelling trouble, Samid has not been staying in his house to evade arrest. He was apprehended on Monday from the Telkajla area of Sonamura under the Sepahijala district.
Following the tension after the Pahalgam terror attack, the central government has asked the states to take action against anti-national activities.
