Tree plantation in Makhamalabad Road area under Green Nashik

Nashik, Dec 15 (UNI) 15 thousand trees will be planted and conserved in different locations of Maharashtra's Nashik city, state Kumbh Mela Minister Girish Mahajan said on Monday.
Minister Girish Mahajan was speaking when a plantation programme was organised by the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC). Under the Green Nashik initiative, the Nashik Municipal Corporation organised a tree plantation programme in collaboration with various NGOs at Bhoir Mall on Makhamalabad Road.
Mahajan said the previous Kumbh Mela held at Trimbakeshwar, Nashik was safe, clean and accident-free. The world took note of it. Care will be taken by using new tchnology to ensure that the upcoming Kumbh Mela also remains safe and clean by using new technology. UNI RDS PPP SSP
