TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud welcomes Supreme Court verdict on caste enumeration

Hyderabad, May 20 (UNI) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud has welcomed the Supreme Court verdict supporting the inclusion of caste enumeration in the national census process.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Mahesh Kumar Goud said the Congress party has consistently demanded a comprehensive caste census as a crucial step towards addressing deep-rooted social and economic inequalities in the country.
He recalled that Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi had strongly advocated caste enumeration during the Bharat Jodo Yatra, taking the issue directly to the people and stressing that a caste census is essential for achieving social justice.

Hyderabad, June 9 (UNI): Doctors at Kamineni Hospitals on Tuesday said that they have successfully reconstructed the jaw of a 39-year-old man using bone and tissue from his leg after oral cancer caused by a prolonged history of gutkha chewing and smoking destroyed a portion of his jawbone.
