Time to bring 'broom and hand' alliance in Delhi: Kanhaiya Kumar

New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) North East Delhi Lok Sabha candidate from Congress, Kanhaiya Kumar on Sunday made a scathing attack on his contender and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, saying that he has not done any work in the last 10 years, and the people this time want a change.
Addressing a public meeting in Burari area here, Kumar said this time there was an alliance of broom and hand in Delhi and due to this adjustment, Congress was contesting this seat. He urged the people to vote for the Congress and defeat Manoj Tiwari as he had failed to address any of their issues.
He further said that India is a democratic country and seeing the power of the opposition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was forced to visit this area yesterday for the first time in 10 years.
