Thunderstorms, lightning likely in Telangana for next three days: Met

Hyderabad, May 13 (UNI) Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds ranging between 30 and 40 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places across Telangana during the next three days, the Meteorological Centre said on Wednesday.
In its daily weather report, the Met department stated that light to moderate rain or thundershowers are also expected at isolated places across the state during the same period.
The report said maximum temperatures are likely to gradually rise by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius over the next four days. Heat wave conditions are very likely to prevail at isolated pockets in the state from May 15 to 19.
