Three more accused chargesheeted by NIA in Gurugram Clubs' BKI bombing case

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday said it has chargesheeted three more accused in connection with the 2024 bomb attacks at two Gurugram clubs by members of the proscribed Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist organization.
Vijay, Ajit Sehrawat, and Vinay have been chargesheeted under relevant provisions of the BNS, the Explosive Substances Act, and the UA(P) Act for their involvement in planning and conspiring in the bombing at the Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, Gurugram, Haryana, on December 10, 2024.
The supplementary chargesheet against them was filed on Thursday before the NIA Special Court in Panchkula, Haryana. The arrested accused were found to be closely associated with foreign-based gangster Randeep Malik, as well as Rohit Godara, a close aide of Canada-based designated terrorist Satinderjit Singh, also known as Goldy Brar.
