Three militants arrested in separate incidents in Manipur

Imphal, Dec 15 (UNI) Security forces apprehended three militants in three separate operations on Sunday, officials said.
In the first incident, a militant was arrested in Bishnupur district, and his mobile phone was seized for investigation.
In a separate operation in Thoubal district, security forces detained an active member of a militant group and confiscated his mobile phone.

Fourteen panchayats declared TB-free in Ranchi

Ranchi, Jan 19 (UNI) Fourteen panchayats of Ranchi district were declared “TB-Free Panchayats” as a three-day orientation and awareness programme on Jan Arogya Samiti (JAS) and tuberculosis elimination commenced at the Sadar Hospital campus here on Monday. The programme will continue from January 19 to January 21, with a focus on strengthening community participation in public health delivery and TB eradication efforts.
