Three killed, three injured in car-tractor collision in Aurangabad

Aurangabad,7 June ( UNI) At least three people, including a woman and two minor girls, were killed and three others seriously injured in a collision between a car and a tractor on National Highway-120 near Dadhpi village under the Goh police station area here this afternoon.
According to police victims were returning home by car after attending the Madhushrava Malmas Mela in Arwal district when the accident took place.
The deceased were identified as Mamta Kumari, her daughter Chulbul Kumari, residents of Hichchan Bigha village under the Daudnagar police station area, and Khushi Kumari, a resident of Dandwan village under the Uphara police station area.

Imphal, July 11 UNI : A few abandoned houses of residents belonging to the Meitei community near a security encampment at a village in Imphal West district were burnt on Saturday by a mob of Kuki miscreants evoking wide spread condemnations.
Two persons were apprehended for their alleged involvement in the incident, inviting condemnation from Chief Minister Y Khemchand, his predecessor N Biren and others.
