TGSRTC showcases EV bus success at national ASRTU conference in Mussoorie

Hyderabad/Mussoorie, May 17 (UNI The All-India Conference of the Association of State Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU) was held in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, on Sunday, with senior officials from transport corporations across the country participating in discussions on the future of the public transportation sector.
The conference was presided over by ASRTU Chairman and TGSRTC Vice Chairman and Managing Director Y Nagi Reddy. Chairmen, Executive Directors and senior officials from various State Road Transport Corporations attended the summit and deliberated on several key issues concerning the transport sector.
A major meeting during the conference focused on vendors supplying spare parts to RTCs. Addressing the issue of rising spare parts prices amid global geopolitical tensions, Nagi Reddy suggested measures to prevent undue financial burden on RTCs and announced the formation of a special committee to continuously monitor price trends.
