Terrorism destroyed dreams and aspirations of J&K’s youth for more than three decades: LG Sinha

Srinagar, Nov 12 (UNI) Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday said terrorism was the biggest enemy of the youth of Jammu and Kashmir for more than three decades and destroyed their dreams and aspirations.
“Now our youth and young professionals are fulfilling their dreams and achieving their aspirations,” the Lieutenant Governor said while addressing the valedictory session of the foundation day celebrations of the Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST).
“However, our neighbouring country and some of their terrorist elements sitting here are trying to disrupt this progress. We must be vigilant against such an ecosystem and work together to foil their efforts. Jammu and Kashmir has created its new destiny, a new identity and woven new dreams. This must be protected at all costs and those trying to shatter the dreams of our youth must be strictly dealt with," the Lieutenant Governor said.
