Telangana CM highlights Youth Cong legacy, criticises BRS leadership

Hyderabad, Feb 14 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday emphasised the significant role of the Youth Congress in shaping top political leaders in the Telugu states, including Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR).
Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad during the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected Telangana Youth Congress President Jakkidi Shivacharan, Revanth Reddy recalled that leaders like Naidu and KCR had their political beginnings in the Youth Congress under Hanumantha Rao’s leadership. He also mentioned Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka as examples of leaders who rose from the organisation.
