Telangana BJP Prez serves legal notice to Dy CM Bhatti

Hyderabad, July 15 (UNI) Demanding unconditional apology for linking him to the death of Rohith Vemula, a student of the University of Hyderabad, BJP State president N Ramchander Rao has served a legal notice on Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
On social media platform ' X', the BJP alleged that Deputy CM Vikramarka has made malicious and false allegations against our state President Sri @N RamchanderRao garu, linking him to the tragic Rohith Vemula incident.
“The final investigation report (March 2024) over Rohith Vemula tragic incident on January 17.2016 by the SC / ST Special Court clearly absolved him. No evidence, no abetment, and the caste claim were proven fraudulent”, the party said.
