Chennai, July 15 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar and Chief Minister Vijay led the State in paying floral tributes to former CM and Congress stalwart K Kamaraj on his 124th birth anniversary here on Wednesday.
