New Delhi, Jul 10 (UNI) Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav on Friday criticised the BJP government and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) over waterlogging, garbage accumulation, and the increasing threat of mosquito-borne diseases following heavy rainfall in the national capital.
