Sweden pledges to allocate record $1.2bln in military aid to Ukraine

Kiev, May 29 (UNI) Sweden on Wednesday announced the allocation of the country's largest military aid package to Ukraine worth 13.3 billion Swedish kronor (
1.2 billion).
"Today, 29 May, the Government is presenting its 16th and largest military support package to Ukraine to date … The package, which will be part of an upcoming additional amending budget, amounts to SEK 13.3 billion and will meet Ukraine’s prioritised needs," the Swedish government said in a statement.
