Suryakumar hails Bumrah-Arshdeep as India end toss jinx

Sydney, Nov 2 (UNI) India captain Suryakumar Yadav finally broke his long-running toss jinx and then drew a striking comparison between his new-ball pair and his opening duo after India's commanding five-wicket win over Australia in the third T20 International here tonight, which levelled the three-match series 1-1.
Suryakumar hailed the chemistry between Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh, saying their partnership with the ball was as impactful as that of Shubman Gill and Abhishek Sharma at the top of the order.
"They’re a fantastic pair — a bit like Shubman and Abhishek up top. Bumrah does his job quietly, keeps it tight, and Arshdeep capitalises from the other end. Together, they’re a really lethal combination," he said after the win.
