Suresh Kumar Singhal elected as new President of FTCCI

Hyderabad, July 15 (UNI) Suresh Kumar Singhal has been unanimously elected as President of the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) for the 2024–25 term.
The election took place at FTCCI's 107th Annual General Meeting on Monday at Federation House, Red Hills, Hyderabad.
Additionally, R. Ravi Kumar was unanimously elected as Senior Vice President for the same term, a statement said.
Suresh Kumar Singhal, previously the Senior Vice President of FTCCI, is a prominent industrialist with diverse business interests.
He founded India Wrapping Paper Industry, Prompt Packaging Pvt. Ltd., Shalini Steels Pvt. Ltd., Vijay Iron Foundry Pvt. Ltd., Prompt Industries Pvt. Ltd., and Prompt Pulp & Fibre Pvt. Ltd. Singhal has also served as a Nominated Council Member for Consumer Affairs in the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, for two years.
He is associated with various organisations, including Agarwal Samaj, Haryana Seva Sangh, All India Induction Furnace Association, All India Vaish Federation, Agarwal Siksha Samithi, and Sri Krishna Goseva Mandal.
Rachakonda Ravi Kumar, aged 62, has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President of FTCCI.
Ravi Kumar, a technocrat and industrialist, is the Executive Director of Zetatek Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which is internationally reputed for manufacturing, testing, supply, and service of test equipment for the defence, aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Ravi Kumar is actively involved with the Art of Living Foundation, where he serves as a senior faculty member and conducts stress management workshops globally. He is also a sports enthusiast, having played shuttle badminton at the state and national levels.
FTCCI, an important forum in business, commerce, and trade, will benefit from the leadership of Singhal and Ravi Kumar over the next year.
