Sunetra Pawar demands equal ward funds for NCP on par with BJP corporators

Mumbai, May 14 (UNI) Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar has written a letter to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis demanding that corporators of the Ajit Pawar-founded NCP must get an equal amount of development funds for their wards, as much as BJP corporators receive.
According to sources, she wrote to Chief Minister Fadnavis demanding equal development funds after it came to light that each ruling BJP corporator in the Pune Municipal Corporation received Rs 7 crores to develop their municipal wards while corporators from her party received only Rs 5 crores each from the municipal budget.
In her letter to Chief Minister Fadnavis, she appealed that development funds must be disbursed based on PM Modi's principle of “Sab Ka Saat, Sabka Vikas”, without any political biases, preferential treatment or discrimination.
