Submitted Palestinian factions’ response to Gaza peace roadmap plan: Hamas

Cairo, June 14 (UNI) The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said that it has submitted the Palestinian factions’ collective response to the proposed roadmap plan, which it previously received on April 19 from the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nikolay Mladenov, Hamas said in a statement.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Hamas noted that it and other Palestinian factions, together with mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, held several meetings in Cairo over the past week. These talks concluded with the formulation of a unified national position presented the day before.
The movement added that it held a meeting in Cairo last week with Palestinian factions and mediators from Egypt, Qatar and Turkey, which resulted in a unified national approach. The Palestinian factions approached the roadmap "with a high degree of responsibility and positivity," it added.
