Strong values, empowered citizens key to Viksit Bharat alongside modern infra: Dr. Rajeshwar Singh

Lucknow, July 18 (UNI) BJP's Sarojini Nagar MLA, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh, on Saturday said that while India is making remarkable progress in infrastructure, technology, innovation and economic growth under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, the vision of Viksit Bharat can only be realised through empowered citizens rooted in strong values, discipline and a nation-first mindset.
He stressed that character-building, value-based education, digital empowerment and sports must go hand in hand with modern development to create a capable and responsible generation.
He said that instilling values such as honesty, discipline, compassion, patriotism, a sense of duty and respect for others in children is not merely the responsibility of parents or schools, but a collective responsibility of every citizen and society as a whole.
