Srinagar NIA court remands 2 Pakistani LeT terrorists, local aide to 10-day police custody

Srinagar, Apr 8 (UNI) A designated court in Srinagar remanded two Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists and a local resident to 10 days of police custody, citing the seriousness and gravity of the offences linked to national security.
Two terrorists Abdullah alias Abu Hureira and Khubaib alias Usman Bahi, both residents of Pakistan, along with Ghulam Mohammad Mir alias Mama, a resident of Danihama were produced on Tuesday by Police before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge (TADA/POTA), designated as a special court under the NIA Act.
According to the court order, the accused were arrested on April 6 in connection with FIR registered at Police Station Zakoora under multiple sections of 23,18,19,20,38,39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act..
