Canada forward Larin in doubt for Peru friendly

Ottawa, Oct 3 (UNI) Canada forward Cyle Larin could miss his team's soccer friendly against Peru due to a back problem, head coach Jesse Marsch said. Larin, who played 75 minutes in Canada's 1-0 friendly win over Chile in Toronto last Saturday, picked up the injury during a gym accident. "He hurt his back in the weight room," Marsch said, noting the 31-year-old Southampton player would be given until the morning of Saturday's match to prove his fitness.
