NE Monsoon to commence in south peninsula in next 2 days

Chennai, Oct 13 (UNI) Conditions are becoming favourable for the onset of Northeast Monsoon over south peninsula in the next two days, the Met office said on Tuesday. In a latest update, it said conditions are becoming favourable for further withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon from remaining parts of the country and simultaneous commencement of Northeast monsoon rains over south peninsula during the next 2 days.
