Hyderabad, Nov 6 (UNI) The upper-air cyclonic circulation over east Telangana and adjoining Coastal Andhra Pradesh persists and now lies at 4.5 km above mean sea level, the Meteorological Centre said on Friday. In its daily weather report, the Centre said thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds of 30-40 kmph are very likely to occur at isolated places across Telangana during the next 24 hours.
