AP: Cyclone to cross between Ongole-Narasapuram, official machinery put on high alert

Vijayawada, Nov 2 (UNI) The Murasu severe cyclonic storm in the west-central Bay of Bengal has moved at a speed of 20 kmph over the last six hours. Andhra Pradesh Disaster Management Authority (APDMA) here on Monday said the Murasu cyclonic storm is currently 260 km from Chennai, 290 km from Nellore, 320 km from Machilipatnam, 310 km from Kavali, 330 km from Ongole, and 470 km from Visakhapatnam.
