Telangana Govt celebrates Praja Palana Dinotsavam

Hyderabad, Sep 17 (UNI) The Telangana Government on Thursday celebrated Praja Palana Dinotsavam (People's Governance Day) at Public Gardens, Nampally, with Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy hoisting the National Flag. Earlier, he paid floral tributes to the martyrs at the Gun Park Martyrs' Memorial. Addressing the gathering, Mr Revanth Reddy said September 17 marked a historic transition from the Nizam's autocratic rule to democratic governance following the integration of the erstwhile Hyderabad State with India in 1948.
