Singareni workers to get Rs 1.54 lakh profit share, contract staff Rs 5,500 bonus

Hyderabad, Oct 13 (UNI) Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Tuesday announced a 34 per cent profit share for Singareni employees, with each of the 38,737 permanent workers receiving an average of Rs 1,53,912 for Dasara. Another 29,717 contract workers will receive Rs 5,500 each. The company earned a net profit of Rs 1,754 crore, of which Rs 596 crore will be distributed among workers.
