Telangana DGP launches six digital initiatives to modernise CID policing

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (UNI) Telangana Director General of Police C V Anand on Wednesday inaugurated and launched a series of digital initiatives of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), aimed at improving transparency, accountability, investigative efficiency and citizen-friendly policing. The initiatives include a Citizen Feedback Centre (CFC) to collect feedback from people who have used police services such as petitions, FIRs, e-Challans and passport verification; Bharosa software for digital case management and survivor support across 35 Bharosa Centres; and the official CID website.
