SCR bags seven ISO certifications for energy management

Hyderabad, Oct 11 (UNI) South Central Railway (SCR) has received seven ISO 50001:2018 certifications for adopting energy-efficient practices and reducing specific energy consumption across its administrative buildings, railway stations and operational facilities. The certifications were awarded to Kacheguda Railway Station, Rail Nilayam (SCR headquarters), Central Hospital at Lallaguda, Lekha Bhavan (SCR Accounts Building) at Secunderabad, the Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger Marketing) office at the PRS Complex, Secunderabad, the Chief Crew Controller Office (Running Room) at Secunderabad, and the Routine Overhauling Shed at Ramagundam, a SCR statement said on Sunday.
