Chennai, Sep 23 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Wednesday inaugurated the 8-day long Vande Mataram camp at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai campus, in an atmosphere filled with patriotism, youthful energy, and cultural splendour.
