Chennai, Oct 7 (UNI) The presence of Hindi words in medicine covers at government medical college hospitals in Karur and Coimbatore has sparked a language row between the ruling TVK and the main Opposition DMK, which claimed it as an act of Hindi imposition in the State that has been following the two-language policy for several decades. The printed medicine covers featured dosage instructions for morning, noon, evening and night which were in Tamil, English and Hindi words in that order to help patients and migrant workers understand how to take their medication as prescribed by the doctors.
